WELCOME TO MY JOURNAL - PLEASE TAG OR POST
ENJOY YOUR VISIT
JOURNAL OF THE WEEK 10TH APRIL 2006
I have been on a diet for the last few weeks. I am sick of salad!

Weighing myself on the scales I found that nothings changed. The exercise and dieting (Cutting out the crap!) doesn't seem to be reflected in the scales??? and yet I can look down and see my shoes now (amongs other things!!!)

What encouragment could you folks in blogland give to help me out???

Hmmm? That's VERY encouraging!!!!!! (Can't think why??!!??)
Seriously though, sensible ideas please. I will try anything. I will keep you updated,

James Lea
Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see the weight drop off. Good luck!
The key is in your objective. If you want to lose weight, then your objective is already wrong. You should be wanting to get fit. Chuck the scales. That's the first thing that should go. Then examine your diet and your exercise plan. Get out there. Don't do exercises that bore you. What gets you fired? Rugby? Cycling? Skating? Do the activity that you can set goals for or activities that you can enjoy by yourself or with friends. As for diet, whatever it is that you eat, include lots of greens and substitute snacks with fruits. As long as you enjoy the exercise and not worry so much about weight weight weight, you won't need to worry about determination. Once the activity becomes a part of your lifestyle, you'll see the changes take place. Just remember. Focus on enjoying yourself first and worry about result later :). hope this helps
Keep up the good work!!
